Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value with us. However, you can save on shipping costs if you spend over a certain amount. More information on this can be found in our section on shipping costs.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment options, including:

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be that the wrong email address was entered (as long as your shipping address is correct, we will of course still send your package).
Please send us a short email to b2b@ligarti.com with your request and we will be happy to send you your order confirmation manually.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as the package has not yet been sent, anything is usually possible. Just call us on 0202/25349300 or send us an email to b2b@ligarti.com.

Did I hear about discounts?

Yes!

In addition to free shipping (see Shipping Costs section), you will automatically be granted the following discounts at checkout depending on the value of your shopping cart (net):

From 500 € – 3 %

From 1000 € – 5 %

From 1500 € – 7 %

From 2000 € – 10 %

Please note that the discounts cannot necessarily be combined with other discount promotions unless expressly mentioned.

Delivery

Which shipping provider do you use to send the packages?

We always send your package CO2-neutrally with either DHL GoGreen or GLS Klima Protect. This way, together we protect the environment and avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions.

How much are the shipping costs?

We deliver worldwide!

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
For purchases under €300 net, a flat rate shipping fee of €5 (net) will be charged. For orders over €300, shipping is free.

Deliveries abroad:
EU countries: For purchases under 500 € net value, a shipping fee of 10 € will be charged.
Switzerland: a flat shipping fee of 15 € will always be charged.
International (excluding Switzerland and EU countries) flat rate of €29.90 net.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. You can collect your package (as soon as it is ready) from us at the following address: Ligarti, Unterdörnen 79, 42283 Wuppertal

How can I see my order status?

As soon as you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Using this tracking number, you can see where your package is at any given time.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship packages worldwide! Please note that you may be charged customs fees when importing into some countries. Please feel free to contact us about this before placing your order.

Can I have my package delivered to a Packstation?

Of course, we'd be happy to. Please make sure that you enter the postal code and your box number correctly so that DHL can deliver your package correctly.

How long is the usual shipping time?

Depending on the order situation, B2B orders are ready for dispatch within 5-14 working days. This is in addition to the usual shipping time of the respective logistics company. Within Germany this is usually 1-3 working days, and correspondingly longer for deliveries abroad.

Please note that shipping times may be longer depending on the season, especially from September to December. We recommend that you place your orders early during this time.

Packaging units and quick order form

On the product page I can't enter the quantity I want to buy

There are products for which a minimum purchase quantity is set per motif.

This is the case with enamel mugs , for example. Here you would have to enter either 2, 4, 6, 8 or another multiple of 2. You therefore cannot take 3 enamel mugs with a specific motif, but would have to take 4.

For notepads, for example, there are steps of 5. You will find all products listed in the other questions.

Is there a minimum order quantity per motif

Many products at Ligarti have no minimum order quantity (for example T-shirts, jute bags, tea towels, etc.). Others have a minimum order quantity per motif and therefore also a packaging unit.

IMPORTANT:

Unlike on our product pages, the packaging units (minimum order per motif) are not stored in the quick order form. The following products have a packaging unit [number in square brackets] and should be placed in the shopping cart as a multiple of this:

How many do I have to enter per motif?

If a product has a minimum purchase quantity, this is also a packaging unit. Please always enter a multiple of this packaging unit.

For example, for magnets this would be in steps of 5 , for cups in steps of 2 and for notepads also in steps of 5.

Can I order via the homepage and also use the quick order form?

Fortunately, yes!

You can add individual products to your shopping cart via the normal B2B shop and complete the rest of your order using the quick order form.
